Dr Jayant Khandare is an academician, scientist and a tech entrepreneur. Dr.Khandare received a Ph.D. (Polymer Chemistry) in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, in 2003.

He completed three Post doctorate fellowships, at Wayne State University, Detroit, The Rutgers State university, New Jersey– USA and Freie University, Berlin, Germany. He has been the recipient of many honors such as the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Experienced Researcher fellowship, Germany, the early Career Scientist award from the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), U.K., Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and Fellow of Maharashtra Academy of Science (MASc).

Jayant’s research focus is in advance drug delivery systems, biomaterials, circulating tumor cells, and single cell for omics platform. He is the innovator of the OncoDiscover Circulating Tumor Cells technology – CTC first in class Medical Device approved by DCGI. In addition – developed CTC PDL-1, CTC HER2, CTC EGFR single cell biomarker validation for cancer treatment interventions. 

Jayant has a prolific scientific publication record with more than 110 peer-reviewed publications, multiple book chapters and 20 patent applications.
